Job Summary
In this role as a Customer Service Associate, responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing transactions using the POS system, and answering questions. Essential duties involve maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, independently stocking shelves, and ensuring a safe shopping atmosphere. Skills needed include a strong customer focus, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and competency in handling customer transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting
