Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store. Additional responsibilities include unloading trucks, processing freight, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store. Key skills include customer focus, strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and effective communication. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift merchandise, and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.
