Job Summary
As a Big Lots Customer Service Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, complete transactions, and answer customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and stocked store, unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and ensuring a safe shopping environment. The role requires physical capability to lift merchandise and perform various store tasks while working flexible hours.
