Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and answering questions. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and well-stocked store, unloading merchandise, organizing stock, independently stocking shelves, and accurately processing customer transactions. Required skills include customer focus, strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving. The position may involve physical activities such as lifting, standing for prolonged periods, and operating in varied temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, and repetitive lifting

- Experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments
