Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, greet customers, assist them with merchandise selection, complete transactions, and answer questions. You will actively engage customers and maintain a clean, well-stocked store. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, processing transactions accurately using the POS system, and ensuring a safe shopping environment. This position requires strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a retail environment requiring frequent standing and lifting.

Required Qualifications

  • Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
