Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and answering questions. Duties include unloading trucks, processing freight, stocking shelves, handling customer funds accurately using the POS system, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked store. The role requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and a flexible schedule availability.
