Job Summary
Handle inbound calls and assist walk-in customers; process payments; modify policies; assist with claims paperwork and provide requested proof of insurance documents; collaborate with management on additional duties as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and either a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain it within 2 years. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential. Full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, plus benefits, paid vacation/sick leave, 401(k) with match, and potential bonus up to 20% of salary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
