Job Summary
Handle first contact resolution and customer interactions at the counter with a focus on immediate issue resolution and high-level hospitality. Serve as the primary Net Promoter Score liaison by analyzing results to identify causes and execute improvement plans for guest satisfaction. Guide staff through customer needs, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed. Requires 3+ years of customer service experience with operations and sales background. Wage is $17.00/hr.
