Job Summary
Customer Service Associate duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, processing sales transactions at the cash register, maintaining cash handling security, stocking shelves and recovering merchandise, unloading trucks and stock replenishment, ensuring store cleanliness including restrooms and floors, and delivering a positive, safe, and respectful shopping environment with professional interactions across customers, associates, and leaders. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, and physical capability to lift 30-50 lbs as part of daily tasks. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents

- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
