Job Summary
Process customer orders and sales support by communicating via telephone or email to provide product information and order status updates. Maintain records of interactions, review purchase orders for requirements, and input data into the ERP system. Liaise with warehouse staff, freight forwarders, and functional departments to resolve issues, prioritize shipments based on deadlines, and coordinate critical order timeliness. Resolve customer claims, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions across Accounting, Quality Assurance, and RMA processes. Establish positive relationships with customers, employees, and vendors while providing administrative and technical support to the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant/technical work experience
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative when prioritizing orders/tasks
- Proficient using various software, applications, and programs, including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to function in a diverse, fast paced service environment
- Positive and proactive approach to a multitude of issues and challenges
- Reputable communicator through writing and oral actions with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to write, read and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of general work experience
- 1+ years of experience in the Aviation industry
