Customer Service Assistant

Coordinate the loaner car program, radio returns, and Krex claims processing for the Servco Toyota Windward service department. Confirm customer appointments, prepare loaner agreements, and track vehicle mileage while ensuring vehicles are cleaned and fueled. Document damages, submit claims, and manage replacement radio orders and installations. Assist Service Consultants with opening repair orders and active deliveries, and resolve customer complaints or route them to appropriate personnel. Submit daily loaner vehicle reports and radio claims on a timely basis. Requires high school graduation, six months of clerical experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Pay range is $17.41 - $21.73 per hour.
