Job Summary
Book customers at reception, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean, tidy centre while spotting sales opportunities. Perform preventative maintenance on bowling lanes and equipment, execute repairs promptly, and ensure all machinery meets high operating standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently answering questions and hosting parties in a fast-paced environment. This role splits duties between customer interaction and technical lane upkeep. You must be flexible for evening and weekend shifts, comfortable working with heavy machinery, and possess a strong team attitude. No prior bowling experience is required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or over
- Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
- No experience needed, just willingness to learn about bowling machinery
- An interest in all things technical/mechanic
