Job Summary
Book customers at reception, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean, tidy centre while spotting sales opportunities. Deliver an outstanding experience by acting as the primary point of contact for all customer questions and hosting individuals and parties. Manage bowling lanes and equipment by performing preventative maintenance, executing action repairs, and ensuring high operating standards across all lanes and machinery. Support team members in fostering a positive, friendly, and open atmosphere while confidently handling inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This role requires full flexibility, including evening and weekend shifts, and is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in technical mechanics and a nothing-is-too-much-trouble attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or over
- Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
- No experience needed, just willingness to learn about bowling machinery
- An interest in all things technical/mechanic
