Customer Service Assistant - Newtown

Beefy's is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for the Newtown Store in Toowoomba, Queensland. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service as the number one priority, handling EFTPOS and cash transactions, coffee making, keeping service areas clean and tidy, product presentation and preparation, achieving store KPIs, opening and closing the store, and assisting the Manager with supervising juniors. Preferred attributes include good coffee knowledge/barista skills, honesty, reliability, punctuality, teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Availability must cover a rotating roster including early starts; own transport is essential.
