Customer Service Assistant (CSA)

Customer Service Assistant at OneUp Components (Squamish, BC, Canada). You’ll join a global team focused on engineering, value, customer satisfaction, and reliability, handling customer inquiries, warranty support, and the full spectrum of customer service logistics. You’ll develop hands-on product understanding, apply technical problem solving, and maintain rider-focused processes to get customers back to riding. The role emphasizes written communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and retain technical systems. Requirements include customer-facing bicycle shop experience or equivalent service writing, experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Google Workspace, a typing speed of 45 WPM+, and legal Canadian work status for at least two years. The position is fully in-office in Squamish, with a Monday–Friday schedule, average 36 hours per week across 9 of 10 days, and 10 paid vacation days per year; compensation is CAD 48,000–CAD 52,000 with bonuses and benefits.
