Job Summary
Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison, provide product and services information, and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include assisting customers before, during, and after a sale, maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and supporting scheduling, invoicing, and collections. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; experience in Excel is a plus. Background check and drug test required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. DOE starting pay.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of Excel, scheduling, invoicing, and collections a plus
- Experience in glass industry, construction industry or service/trade industries
