Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service duties by operating point-of-sale systems, bagging merchandise, and assisting customers with transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms. Maintain a clean and clutter-free sales floor through re-merchandising, straightening, and sorting returned clothing, while ensuring fitting room experiences are seamless. Support stock and fulfillment operations by receiving freight, unloading merchandise, and preparing customer orders for shipment using inventory management systems. Handle bulky items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds, requiring continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift. Work a flexible schedule to support various departments including Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment.

- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store, online and mobile)
