Job Summary
Contact current customers to schedule recall and regular auto maintenance service appointments while coordinating with the Service department. Maintain appointment records using spreadsheets and demonstrate excellent communication skills throughout the process. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with rotating Saturdays, maintaining a professional appearance and high integrity.
