Job Summary
Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is seeking part-time event staff to support Duke University football games and campus events. Roles involve customer-service oriented security/event duties for fast-paced, outdoor settings, with weekend availability and potential travel to other games and events. Must be 18+, able to pass a criminal background check, stand for long periods, have reliable transportation, and provide strong customer service. Security positions require a current unarmed security license or willingness to obtain one. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to complete a criminal background check
- Be able to stand for long periods (outside, possibly in the elements)
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- For SECURITY POSITIONS: Have a current unarmed security license or be willing to go through the process to receive one
