Job Summary
Customer Service and Sales Specialist at Workout Anytime Somerset. Role combines membership sales, customer engagement, lead follow-up, and front desk responsibilities during the pre-sales launch of a brand-new gym, with potential growth into a hybrid role that includes personal training and fitness coaching after opening. Responsibilities include welcoming members, conducting gym tours, following up with leads via phone/text/email, assisting with membership sales and enrollment, checking members in, maintaining a clean front desk, answering questions about memberships and services, supporting marketing and community outreach, and light facility upkeep. Required Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and people skills
