Job Summary
Role combines membership sales, customer engagement, lead follow-up, and front desk responsibilities for a brand-new gym opening in Somerset. During pre-sales, duties include following up with prospective members, outbound outreach via calls/texts/emails, assisting with enrollment, educating on memberships and amenities, and representing the gym at local events. After opening, the role transitions to member services, membership sales, and front desk operations. Responsibilities include greeting members, conducting gym tours, following up with leads, building relationships with current and prospective members, assisting with enrollment, maintaining a clean front desk, answering questions about memberships and services, creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting marketing and community outreach, and light facility upkeep. Desired traits include a friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills; customer service and sales experience are preferred; fitness industry experience is a plus but not required. Growth opportunities exist to pursue personal training certifications or coaching skills in the future.
