Job Summary
Customer Service and Sales Specialist at Workout Anytime Somerset. Responsible for welcoming members, conducting gym tours, following up with leads via phone, text, and email, and assisting with membership sales and enrollment. Front desk duties and maintaining a clean, organized space, while contributing to member engagement, amenities education, and community outreach. Role includes building relationships with current and prospective members, supporting gym marketing efforts, and representing the pre-launch team before the grand opening; potential future growth into a hybrid role that may include personal training and fitness coaching. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
