Job Summary
Respond promptly to inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, payments, credits, fraud alerts, and service issues for internet, cell phone, and mortgage clients. Solicit feedback to improve service while documenting interactions and maintaining confidentiality. Speak clearly to resolve problems, negotiate outcomes, and meet individual sales and productivity goals. Multitask by managing multiple computer screens and applications while ensuring data entry accuracy. Maintain regular attendance and follow management direction to complete tasks on time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance
- Ability to see sufficiently to read computer screens, system alerts, written materials, and customer account information
- Ability to hear inbound calls and verbal instructions clearly in real-time
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively to customers and team members on the telephone and in person
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, system prompts, policies, procedures, and customer information
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Good typing skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications

- Previous call center or customer assistance experience
