Customer Service and Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Manage customer service and sales operations for domestic and international accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, order status, and RFQ coordination. Respond to issues regarding orders, shipments, documentation, and billing while partnering with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely quote delivery. Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems, prioritize quote requests based on deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports Cristek's mission to design high-performance interconnect solutions for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications within a collaborative, ACE-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-4 years of customer service, sales support, order administration, or account coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be authorized to access information and hardware subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements
- Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations, including U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents, Political Asylees, or Refugees
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend instructions and technical information
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer orders and quote documentation
- Ability to coordinate effectively across sales, engineering, production, quality, shipping, and other functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle controlled or sensitive business information
- Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience supporting RFQ processes, distributors, international customers, or export documentation is preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, AS9100, ITAR, export requirements, or Incoterms is a plus
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
