Job Summary
Customer Service and Sales Consultant at Medibank in Miranda, Australia. Role combines customer service with community engagement to help customers choose health cover and services across in-store, phone, online, and community channels. Responsibilities include building lasting relationships through personalized conversations, solving everyday challenges, and contributing ideas to improve ways of working. Works on a flexible rotating roster with a hybrid arrangement (in-store, home, on-site with partners, and community engagement) between 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work. Emphasis on cross-functional teamwork within geographically based community teams to deepen trust and deliver personalized support. No prior health insurance experience required; suitable for candidates with customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement backgrounds.
