Customer Service and Sales Consultant

Local Community Consultant (Part-time hybrid) at Medibank in Townsville. You’ll help customers choose health cover and services, support them across in-store, phone, online, and community channels, build relationships through personalised conversations, and contribute to improving health and wellbeing in the community. Flexible rotating roster with hours between 8am–8pm, 25 hours per week, including some Saturday work. No health insurance experience required; if you have skills in customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement you could be a great addition. You’ll be part of geographically based cross-functional teams delivering personalized support and community connections.
