Job Summary
Consult customers about the Hertz Rental Car program, maximizing revenue by actively offering products and services while overcoming objections. Build rapport and upsell clients on additional features and benefits. Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up by inspecting cleanliness, damage, fuel levels, and filling all fluids. This full-time position requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and multitasking to handle customer interactions and vehicle checks simultaneously.
