Job Summary
Senior-level Customer Service & Operations Credit Analyst responsible for processing, authorising, and investigating credit operations transactions to defined KPIs and SLAs; review loan applications, disclosures, and credit evaluations; collect and analyse information from customers and businesses; identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer and business experience; develop relationships with customers and stakeholders, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and understanding of credit operations
- Ability to review loan applications, disclosures, and credit evaluations
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Awareness of changes in policies and regulations in the credit industry
