Job Summary
Maintain accurate member agency records, process orders, print invoices, and coordinate communications for Agency Services & Programs. Provide technical assistance with reporting requirements, manage mail processing and daily dispatch, and cover front desk duties during breaks or absences. Perform agency visits while complying with Feeding America and Community Harvest Food Bank regulations. Maintain office equipment, ensure a clean environment, and assist in other food bank areas as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work weekends and overtime, and a high school level education with two years of experience.

- Ability to complete work in an accurate, effective and timely manner
- Ability to handle high volume of work in short periods
- Ability to work with a diverse group of staff and volunteers
- Ability to read, comprehend and write in English at a high school level
- Ability to perform basic math skills at a high school level
- Ability to perform basic computer tasks
- Excellent oral communications skills

- Ability to work in an unsupervised environment
- Willingness/ability to work overtime
- Willingness/ability to work weekends
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- At least two years of experience
- Minimum of one year experience in office support environment including data entry, processing, and customer support
