Job Summary
Customer Service and Cargo Agent role based in Williams Lake (Permanent Part Time On Call). Responsibilities include check-in and boarding processes, handling baggage, issuing boarding passes and reservations, resolving flight disruptions, processing cargo shipments, and promoting company services while delivering safety-focused, customer-friendly service in a busy airport environment. Requires experience in a customer-facing role, ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive setting, strong communication skills, proficiency with computers and payment machines, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays. Also entails maintaining security clearance and lifting up to 70 pounds. Eligible to travel benefits and a family-friendly company culture are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing role
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive, ever changing environment where multitasking and problem solving are key attributes
- Comfortable using computers, credit and debit machines
- Flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends, evenings, holidays and/or irregular shifts
- Must represent Pacific Coastal Airlines in a professional manner to our partners, vendors, and customers
- Must be able to obtain and maintain designated security clearance
- Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds
