Job Summary
Customer Service Insurance Advisor handling 30+ inbound service calls daily, provide guidance, resolve concerns, review coverage, identify potential gaps or exposures, and ensure accurate data entry across multiple platforms. Works collaboratively with Sales, Retention, and internal teams to support clients, uphold compliance, and deliver a thoughtful, solution-focused service experience in an in-office environment in Estero, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- In-office role
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
