Job Summary
Welcome travellers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to deliver consistent service across the customer journey. Dispatch and return campervans and motorhomes while conducting safety checks and quality inspections. Perform vehicle detailing, linen laundry, and branch maintenance to ensure operational smoothness. Support rental sales, excess reduction, and ancillary products by matching customer needs with appropriate solutions. Liaise with external suppliers and collaborate with teammates to maintain high service standards. Work weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment supporting the Adelaide branch of Travvia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service
- A genuine interest in tourism or the rental vehicle industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Confidence using computer systems and reservation software
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- A full driver's licence
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
