Job Summary
Customer Service Agent at Perimeter Aviation is responsible for providing positive, friendly, and prompt service at check-in, handling inquiries and complaints, processing ticket costs and baggage receipts, balancing daily sales reports, issuing boarding passes, and assisting with boarding and flight irregularities. The role requires effective verbal and written communication, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations with tact and courtesy. Candidates should be flexible, detail-oriented, capable of upholding safety and security procedures, and comfortable with travel requirements and lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience with airline reservation systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial, along with Indigenous and Cultural Awareness training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous customer service experience considered an asset
- Previous experience with an Airline Reservation Software System considered an asset (Amelia preferred)
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
