Job Summary
Customer Service Agent at Perimeter Aviation to provide positive, friendly, and prompt service at the check-in counter; handle inquiries and complaints; process ticketing, baggage receipts, and boarding passes; assist with flight rebooking and passenger information; balance daily sales reports; support flight crew with manifests and paperwork; assist in irregular operations and coordinate day-to-day duties to optimize customer service and sales delivery; contribute to safety initiatives as part of the Safety Management System; and perform additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous customer service experience considered an asset
- Previous experience with an Airline Reservation Software System considered an asset (Amelia preferred)
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
