Job Summary
Provide efficient, friendly service to all passengers and complete required transactions including preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, issuing tickets, checking baggage and collecting excess baggage charges. Duties also include guiding passengers to aircraft, loading/unloading cargo, operating ground equipment, cleaning and servicing cabin interiors, providing de-icing service, and performing other assigned duties in an airport environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must have valid Driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs
- Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus
