Job Summary
Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, the Customer Services Agent will handle direct customer orders, inquiries, returns, and complaints via phone and CRM, coordinate with internal and third-party stakeholders, provide order status updates and delivery tracking, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accurate case details for ongoing support. The role requires strong communication, data entry/typing, analytical skills, and a customer-focused, empathetic approach, with familiarity in MS Office and CRM systems (SAP/Salesforce) and knowledge of applicable consumer legislation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Customer Service position is essential
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Understanding of Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling Regulations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- MS Office proficiency; SAP and Salesforce knowledge desirable
