Customer Service Agent

Airport Customer Service Agent responsible for greeting and checking in passengers, handling luggage, booking/re-booking flights, and assisting with passenger loading/unloading. Duties include enforcing FAA and airline regulations, ensuring safety and security, processing reservations and payments, weighing baggage up to 70 lbs, loading/unloading luggage, reviewing baggage tags, calculating weight/balance and assigning seats, providing flight information and announcements, directing aircraft parking and ramp operations, and training to tow aircraft. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to learn reservation systems, 24/7 availability, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work in a 24/7 operation, lift 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions; travel is limited. Equal Opportunity Employer; E-Verify participate.
