Customer Service Agent I - Shop handles customer inquiries related to Driveway Shop operations, assisting online vehicle purchases and home delivery. Serves as the single point of contact throughout the transaction, presents financing terms and protection products (e.g., extended warranties), collects required documents (down payment, Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income), and communicates paperwork and logistic timelines. Requires effective communication via chat, phone, and email, strong attention to detail, time management, active listening, critical thinking, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
