Job Summary
Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls averaging 75 per shift and resolve common customer concerns. Accurately enter customer order information into the Customer Relationship Management database and process documentation requests for initial orders, renewals, and addendums. Meet monthly performance expectations as assigned by management. This on-site role in Carrollton, TX, supports Shield Healthcare's nationwide medical supply network with a set Monday through Friday schedule, offering medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
