Job Summary
Perform outbound calls to South East Water customers to arrange property access for upgrading their water meters; handle inbound enquiries related to water meter exchange; utilize multiple software programs to record call interactions, update Work Orders, and schedule appointments; collaborate with Scheduling Teams and field-based teams to maintain operational efficiency; assist with KPI reporting and liaise with field resources to ensure routes and work orders are completed; deliver excellent customer service to internal/external stakeholders and respond to client queries via email and telephone; ensure all work performed adheres to contractual quality and safety standards; undertake any other duties as requested by Management.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products and web-based software
- Excellent organizational and administration skills
- High level attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
