Job Summary
Customer Service Agent role in Tampa, FL responsible for handling customer calls to solicit business, follow up on needs, establish relationships, and recommend products. Duties include processing orders, cross-selling and upselling, communicating pricing and terms, updating quotes and price matrices, and supporting sales with inventory and account coordination. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of inside sales experience; bilingual and military/veteran applicants encouraged.
