Job Summary
Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with rental and return processes for Enterprise, National, or Alamo brands. Verify reservations, provide vehicle selection based on Emerald Aisle guidelines, and ensure accurate preparation of rental agreements and folders. Resolve issues fairly, offer directions and local information, and maintain a clean, stocked counter environment to minimize wait times. Review rates and charges with customers, confirm return dates, and handle all transactions efficiently while adhering to brand-specific service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)
- Must currently live in the Santa Fe, NM area or have plans to relocate within the next 30 days
