Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries regarding part compatibility, pricing, and availability primarily over the phone, while efficiently processing orders, returns, and exchanges. Maintain in-depth knowledge of auto collision parts, including features, benefits, and installation, and stay informed on inventory levels to provide accurate information. Handle customer complaints or issues, offering timely solutions or escalating to management as necessary. Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and collect customer feedback to suggest improvements. Bilingual in English and Spanish with call center experience required. This part-time role offers paid training, weekly pay, and paid sick days for M-F coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive parts or collision repair training
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and their applications
- Proficiency in CRM software and order management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude with automotive parts and repair processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Call Center experience
- At least 18 years old
