Job Summary
Manassas, VA-based Customer Service Agent-Nights handles order processing, data entry of shipping/receiving information, invoicing verification, and customer communications to ensure accurate and timely service. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, running shipments from the WMS, generating paperwork, handling returns, coordinating with other departments, providing timely updates to customers, and maintaining documentation and records. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience; ability to work in warehouse temperatures and perform data-entry and clerical tasks; proficiency with MS Office and warehouse management systems; strong attention to detail, communication, and multi-tasking; potential for overtime. Base pay is $20.50 hourly.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse (warmer and colder months)
