Job Summary
Support direct customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region by resolving technical issues, investigating machine errors, evaluating printer logs, and answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Become an educator by training clients and resellers on Formlabs printer usage, while collaborating with the global engineering team to solve complex technical problems. Maintain exceptional written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English to deliver outstanding service and build strong business relationships.
Required Qualifications
- business-fluent in written and spoken in Italian and English (C1)
- Are comfortable and conscientious when speaking on the phone
- Have exceptional writing skills and make use of proper spelling and grammar
