Job Summary

Customer Service Agent role based in Spain for Fever, a live-entertainment tech platform. Responsibilities include handling customer service via phone, email, and social media; managing incoming calls and chats; providing accurate information; resolving complaints with timely follow-up; following procedures and policies; engaging customers; coordinating with Operations on non-constant incident resolutions. Requires prior User Support or Customer Service experience, Zendesk familiarity, fluency in Italian plus Spanish or English, strong planning and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, reliability, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to work from home. Location is remote in Spain.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
  • High Italian level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional
  • Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
  • Are flexible. Everything can change very quickly and you know how to adapt
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be decisive and organized
  • Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company
  • Candidates must reside in Spain
