Job Summary
Customer Service Agent role at PrimeFlight UK focused on front-line passenger care and aviation support. Responsibilities include check-in tasks (tagging baggage, verifying passports and visas, seat allocation, issuing boarding passes, collecting airline fees), flight boarding and arrivals, and handling customer queries; office duties such as telephone enquiries, flight administration, and updating Flight Information Display Screens. The role requires adaptability, teamwork, attention to detail, technical proficiency with computer systems, and resilience under pressure, with shift work including weekends and Bank Holidays. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. Applicants must have 5 years of checkable references, a clear Basic Disclosure Scotland, the right to work in the UK, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
