Job Summary
Customer Service Agent for French speakers at Wheely. Responsible for delivering premium, luxury customer service to drivers and passengers across calls, live chat, and emails; meeting operational SLAs; upholding luxury communication standards; maintaining customer satisfaction targets; investigating and resolving issues; escalating feedback to senior management; and contributing to an outstanding customer experience. The role is office-based in Dubai Internet City with night and weekend shifts in a 24/7 contact centre; requires fluency in English and French and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & French
- Experience in a customer-facing role in the luxury service industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced high volume contact center
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to do shift work including nights and weekends, in the office
