Customer Service Agent for French speakers at Wheely. Responsible for delivering premium, luxury customer service to drivers and passengers across calls, live chat, and emails; meeting operational SLAs; upholding luxury communication standards; maintaining customer satisfaction targets; investigating and resolving issues; escalating feedback to senior management; and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
