Job Summary
Customer Service Agent (French) in a fully remote role based in Spain, supporting Fever's customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media during the morning shift (8:00–16:00, five days a week). Responsibilities include solving incidents, handling calls and chats, providing accurate information using appropriate tools, resolving complaints with timely solutions, following procedures and policies, keeping records, and following up to ensure resolution. Must have high-level French, fluent Spanish or English, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Prior user support or customer service experience and Zendesk familiarity are valued. Applicants must reside in Spain.
