Job Summary
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and video chat; assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process; manage inquiries, returns, and complaints with accurate case documentation; coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery; maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements to elevate service. Must be fluent in French (C1) and English (B1); 1–2 years of e-commerce customer service experience; strong communication, empathy, and a service mindset; highly organized, collaborative, with the ability to learn new systems.
